Since moving to New York in 2003, pianist and composer Alon Nechushtan has collaborated with jazz greats including William Parker, Don Byron, Donny McCaslin, Bob Moses, Ben Allison, John Ellis, Chris Cheek, Chris Speed, Mark Helias, Mark Dresser, Andrew Cyrile, Kenny Wollesen, Ben Goldberg, Daniel Carter, Ned Rothenberg, Robert Dick, Steve Swell, Dan Weiss, Francois Moutin, Bob Gulotti, John Lockwood, and Ken Filiano.

Alon has released seven CDs under his name on various international labels such as Tzadik, Buckyball (USA), Creative Sources (Portugal), Enja, Between the Lines, Challenge (Germany), MGN, Future Classics (Netherland), and Ayler (Sweden), and toured as a leader in Canada, Brazil, Israel, Europe, the UK, and the USA....
