Vibraphone virtuoso and composer, Jalen Baker comes to the Bach with his alumni bandmates from the esteemed Houston School of Performing Arts and Visual Arts. With these bandmates Baker released his highly regarded debut album in 2021 “This is me This is Us” which was chosen as the #4 best Jazz Debut of 2021 and in 2023 released his second album “Be Still” that charted high on the international jazz charts. He was accepted as a Graduate Assistant in the Jazz Performance program at Florida State University and in 2019 received his MM in Jazz Studies.
