Under the direction of Larry Vuckovich, more than a dozen Bay Area jazz musicians will perform three sets of Swing, Blues, Latin and more in recognition of their favorite legendary music presenter.

Bassists: Michael Zisman, Rob Fisher
Drummers: Leon Joyce, another TBA
Percussion: Hector Lugo
Horns: Noel Jewkes, Rob Roth (reeds); Andrew Speight (alto); Roger Glenn (flute)
Vocals: Clairdee, Jeff Oster
Bay Area jazz musicians perform three entertaining sets of Swing, Blues, Latin that will include the music of Cal Tjader, Dexter Gordon, Horace Silver, and Sarah Vaughan plus a vocalese scat tribute to Jon Hendricks. This tribute to their favorite legendary venue will also be a fundraiser for the non-profit. “One in a hundred venues has this grace, coziness, spectacular landscape -- not uptight concert setting, and appreciative, knowledgeable audience.” (Eddie Marshall) This is an extra opportunity for Bach Society audiences and members to give a little extra in appreciation for 48 years of music at the Douglas Beach House.
