For this special show, he is joined by Mike Rodriguez, one of the most virtuosic and accomplished jazz trumpet players in the world, whose associations run from Gonzalo Rubalcaba to Carla Bley and Chick Corea, for some fresh takes on classic hard bop repertoire with a killer rhythm section of the bay area’s finest.
