In 2017, twelve of these spring-centric tunes found themselves on Sherri’s 5th album as a leader and her third for Pacific Coast Jazz/ Blue House Recordings - Anybody’s Spring. Called "...a truly a stellar recording, with every note and every shading captured masterfully,” by Contemporary Fusion Reviews, Anybody’s Spring charted on Roots Music Report’s top 50 jazz albums for 10 weeks. It was also chosen as one of the Top Ten Vocal Albums of the year by the UK’s Bebop Spoken Here, in the company of releases by Diana Krall and Cecile McLorin Salvant. And All About Jazz described Ms. Roberts as “a passionate, expressive singer… (with) a plush, full bodied voice that makes this performance a classic in the making.”
