Described as having “…a beautifully articulate voice that instrumentally falls somewhere between Chet Baker and Stan Getz” by Jazz Now Magazine,vocalist Sherri Roberts is deeply influenced by and derives inspiration from the Vo-Cool jazz era of the ’50’s. Her musical program at Keys Jazz Bistro promises to bring fresh interpretations to songs recorded and sung by trumpeter Chet Baker, including her original lyrics to Chet’s improvised solos.
