About
London pianist John Donaldson knew the great South African multi-instrumentalist Bheki Mseleku (1955–2008) as a friend and musical collaborator. Mseleku was the most celebrated South African jazz musician of his generation producing a series of albums for Polygram that featured jazz stars such as Joe Henderson, Pharaoh Sanders, Elvin Jones and Charlie Haden.
