Now in its 15th season, the San Jose Jazz High School All Stars feature some of the Bay Area’s most gifted young musicians. Representing ten high schools and led by Dr. Aaron Lington, the audition-based big band challenges students to gain a mastery of improvisation techniques while advancing their knowledge of music theory, arranging, composition, performance, and Jazz history.
