Debbie Poryes is known for her original voice, both as a pianist and as a composer. Her long-established trio will perform tunes from her fourth CD as a leader, Loving Hank, a tribute to the late, great pianist, Hank Jones. Sharing the bill, composer and keyboardist Sam Reider is a musician of the world, traveling the globe everywhere a man with an accordion can go, absorbing music from many cultures, and blending it with his jazz mastery and his soulful approach to American roots music.
