Tony Monaco's reputation as a master of the Hammond B-3 organ has been on the upward swing for sometime now. Throughout his career he has performed or recorded with a number of top jazz artists, including gigs with Sonny Fortune, Jon Faddis, and George Benson. More recently, he toured internationally for two years with guitar legend Pat Martino. His band-mate, Howard Paul is a veteran guitarist whose performing experience includes concerts and recordings with Oliver Nelson, Jr., Bob James, and Joey De Francesco. Together, in the classic Hammond organ format, these two melodically driven instrumentalists perform music from their new CD, Tony Monaco & Howard Paul: New Adventures.
