BARRY COGERT, upright bass, has accompanied drumming great Louis Bellson, along with Bobby McFerrin, Ron Eschete, Gerald Wiggins, David Foster and Roger Williams. Now in its 12th year, Barry’s non-profit organization, The Jazz Angels, provides 100’s of middle school children the opportunity to learn about and play jazz with professional musicians in a safe, nurturing setting.
