A live streamed performance by the Paul Hanson Quintet. Paul is a bassoon player, who has also played saxophone in his career . Using Electronics and effects Paul has extended the range of an instrument not usually associated with Jazz. He has taught professionally for over 40 years and has published a book on Jazz improvisation techniques for the bassoon. he is joined in this concert by bassist Jeff Denson, Pianist Matt Clark, Guitarist Dave MacNab, and Drummer Dillon Vado.
