Fusing jazz, funk and rock, Phillip Brandon draws on influences like Luther Vandross, Ella Fitzgerald and even Bruno Mars to produce a sound both vintage and utterly contemporary. He's a touring member with the multi-platinum prog rockers Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and was featured on the national Broadway tour of The Color Purple. With his rich, smooth vocals and hypnotic stage presence, Brandon's even been compared to Lionel Richie. Join him at Across the Street at Mueller College for an upbeat show that'll also feature students and alumni of San Diego performing arts schools.
