About
Conceived by renowned jazz drummer Jaz Sawyer and percussionist Adrian Areas (son of legendary percussion master José “Chepito” Areas), Project de Congueros is a high-energy Latin jazz ensemble focusing on the rhythmic fireworks of its leaders, accompanied by a stellar band including Kasey Knudsen on saxophones, Mike Olmos on trumpet, pianist Marco Diaz and bassist Raul Perales.
