Sierra Jazz Society’s 2013 Fall Concert Series at Unitarian Universalist Community Of The Mountains

The Sierra Jazz Society will host the first performance of the 2013 Fall Concert Series on Sunday, October 20, beginning at 2:30 p.m. It will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Community of the Mountains, located at 246 S. Church St., Grass Valley, CA. The group will perform two sets of music during the two-hour concert, joined on the second by a handful of community and student musicians.
Instrumentation includes Nora Nausbaum on alto flute, Al Bent on trombone, John Girton on guitar, Kit Bailey on drums, and Bill Douglass on bass. Cover is $10. Also, plan for the next performance in the series at the same location on November 17....
