Three of the Bay Area’s premier guitarists—Chris Cain, Mighty Mike Schermer & Daniel Castro—comprise The Guitarsonists. Steeped in the blues, yet endlessly versatile and incorporating many styles, these three musicians together offer a complete package of guitar virtuosity. Cain’s searing guitar playing (not to mention his abilities on piano, bass and saxophone) have made him a stalwart of the Central Coast blues scene. Influenced by B.B. King and Albert Collins, Castro got his start in the Southern California blues club circuit.
