Since the day it opened in 1991, Joe’s has been the best restaurant in Venice. Hiding behind an unassuming storefront facade, Joe Miller’s place unfolds like a charming little house with hardwood floors, wrought-iron chandeliers and sunlight streaming through the curtains. Water trickles down a rock wall on an enclosed patio. Brunch brings decadent French toast with rhubarb jam, while dinner promises mushroom ravioli in a Parmesan broth.
